@DameLynneOwens You are part of the problem. Your Operation Mystras cover up whilst at Surrey is a prime example. Nothing will change when those tasked to clean it up are the ones who created or allowed the problems to grow.

@silkiecarlo There are fours and against, but unless you are committing a crime I don’t see why you are worried. After all if you have a smart phone they know where you are and where you have been.

Are people aware that post trial, the police/CPS have no obligation to disclose anything they hold that was used as evidence at trial, eg, DNA, mobile phones, or devices? This in itself is a violation of Article 6 of the Human Rights Act.

You don't say Tom and not just for new recruits what about dysfunctional buffoons at every level in #policing nobody wants to talk about or deal with them!! Many said CJS on knees long ago! Police recruitment must be ‘far more rigorous’ – watchdog a.msn.com/01/en-gb/AAUvT…

Seriously quite disturbed at the random, illogical messaging around child vax coming from a raft of people who should know better. Plus they said exactly the same stuff about Delta and teen vax in September and we still have lower uptake than most other peer countries.

@DailyMailUK She should be sacked. What is it with people who think it is ok to force others to do things, just because of their own beliefs.

THREAD: I keep being asked when we can go "back to normal" or "like it was before". My personal thoughts: We've added a new disease to our population, more infectious and more severe than flu. The world pre 2020 no longer exists - we may want it to, but it just doesn't. 1/13

@silentlawyer1 @BarristerSecret Glad to hear that, For justice to be served, a defendant should actually be guilty of any offence that they make a plea to and never based on convenience or fee for either prosecution or defence?

@MelDawson3 @BarristerSecret I’m not a fan of the term winning but in any event there are numerous reasons why a defendant pleads guilty. Their choice despite being advised as to prospects/weaknesses in evidence. I’d never alter advice based on fee received.

Affray trial comes in (miracle I know). Lots of work in preparation (£3k), inc prep of jury bundle. Day 1, court cannot accommodate. Waiting around. Day 2, client pleads to lesser offence. Litigator fee for a cracked trial: £237 @BarristerSecret 😩😩😩

@PetrFigeac @suzseddon So you intend to exercise your right to refuse medical intervention, but expect others to be forced to have a vaccine against their will, in order to appease you. 🤡

@EstherMcVey1 @ToniaBuxton Tell me, if an unvaccinated member of staff passes covid to a vunerable patient does that mean the NHS is then liable? Especially if the vunerable patient gets complications or dies...

The mandatory vaccination U-turn for NHS staff doesn’t seem quite so certain when you read the small print ‘There will be a consultation & subject to those responses & the will of the House the Govt will revoke the regulations’ That is not quite as definitive as was leaked.
