Wonder how much a genome changes post interventions (Genome = record book. A changeable one.) Imagine doing semi-frequent sequencing to watch what changes while doing significant metal detoxing Remove lead, cadmium, and aluminum = future improved gene expressions?

I willingly took on this patient panel. I signed up for this. I agreed to try to figure out the lost cases. This is my fault.

@TropheeWyfe To be fair, "idiopathic" in reality means "i dont know what the hell its from" in medical terminology, so youre probably already a step ahead of every doc youve ever seen Ever get your genome sequenced? Might be worth doing.

@MelRoBuilds I have been diagnosed IH since 2012. I suspect it’s neurological so I especially love it when the docs lecture me good sleep hygiene habits. Like bro really

At some point, we really gotta come up with replicable protocols for these patients with severe sleep apnea and demolished circadian rhythm that can work at scale Some real messed up cases out there Imagine suggesting magnesium to a multi-decade ambien abuser with non-24 🫠

60 mg instant release melatonin, again And quoting this article, again, since some of you still don't seem to 'get' it, or ever will

@AproposCoco @PGC1a_RB 1) whole genome sequencing. Just did it, have not yet verified with active enzyme testing. (Urine, if I remember) 2) its complicated. (It's a spectrum. Does impact lifespan.)

Hate giving this answer, but its the truth: it depends Since high dose thiamine can act as a metabolic stimulant and manually induce higher metabolic function, it can bomb out all sorts of things. (Fire burn hotter = use more fuel) Genuinely, ive sometimes used it as a brute force diagnostic tool to find weaknesses Depends on whats gone wrong in the specific case Most people start with adding magnesiums and a b-multi on top of the thiamine. Doesn't mean those are required. It depends. With a lot of these elderly care cases, im lucky to get them to agree to a single pill, and therefore, im often not adding anything else due to patient fear of non-doc-prescribed-pills

Your vitamin and mineral status is a much more complicated function than “am I getting enough of this from my diet today per the RDA.” Your hormones influence this, your toxic metals massively influence this because they antagonize and compete with the minerals directly, time influences this because subtle imbalances compound over time, interactions between the minerals influences this, and so on. This rabbit hole will be the most important to understand as we move into the 2030s.
Fez☯️🐸@Zenfrog4

Every essential vitamin and mineral is worth studying in depth to understand the intricate roles each plays throughout the body at the cellular and biochemical levels. And then how they interact with one another and how heavy metals can interfere with their absorption and function.

@MelRoBuilds @ChrisGoals Do ppl taking this need to supplement anything else to balance it? (have heard potassium is an issue with b1 injections, but maybe not for sublingual?)

Update: The second Parkinson's patient is already seeing improved balance at her occupational therapy sessions. She and husband are thrilled. B1 (thiamine) adventures continue 🫡
Melissa Rose@MelRoBuilds

Im apparently an MLM for local Parkinson's patients now. The luncheon went well, and she immediately wanted to set up another luncheon with two more church Parkinson's ladies Everybody is getting a book and a B1 bottle to start experimenting. Heal thyself.

@selentelechia I hate to be a bug in your ear about the weird health stuff, but some of the hair color changes have to do with mineral changes 😅

Theres been so many questions already, and im ignoring all of them at the moment because - its complex and the explanation aint gonna fit in a tweet - you actually gotta read medical stuff (studies) Ive convinced maybe a dozen of you to read a single study. If ive been lucky.
