The #NHS really doesn’t get enough credit. Over the last 2 weeks dealing with a chest infection that’s turned into slight pneumonia, they’ve been incredible. Every eConsult answered quickly and I’ve been seen face-to-face the same day when needed. Fast, caring, and professional.

@DandG_Support little frustrated with the service. My parents are in their 80’s and should have had an engineer on 24/12 to fix their washing machine. I’ve tried myself calling and I am going around in circles. Poor service for pensioners at Xmas.

@easyJetholidays I had a similar query yesterday, it’s very difficult to navigate the app, website, east jet flights/holidays. just booked seats, isn’t showing on the web but is showing on the app. Yesterday’s query was re the holiday not showing on the app but the flights were?

I’m deeply concerned that the Government is backtracking on plans to introduce a 9pm watershed for advertising less healthy food on television. Restrictions on advertising work and play an enormous role in putting healthier food and drink in the spotlight.

@SkyNews great that your bringing gambling and the devastation it has on lives but think whoever is in charge of the adverts is a little insensitive as the advert before @WilliamHill was promoting gambling. Not good.

@HM_Passport my step childs mum has done their passport online but she’s not been asked for it to be verified. Is this normal? The passport expired in 2018.
