Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang has shared strong views on US rules that limit chip sales to China. In a recent interview, he said Nvidia now has zero share of the high-end AI chip market there. “In China, we have now dropped to zero,” he said. Huang added that the policy has largely backfired. “Conceding an entire market the size of China probably does not make a lot of strategic sense, so I think that has already largely backfired. Maybe it made sense at the time, but I think the policy really needs to be dynamic and needs to stay with the times.” His words show that China is now spending a lot on its own chips, this has helped local companies grow faster and rely less on American tech. The US rules were made to protect national security, but Huang says they create problems between short-term limits and long-term AI competition.

More than 30,000 Samsung Electronics union members gathered today outside the company’s big chip factory in Pyeongtaek, South Korea. They want an average bonus of about $400,000 per worker, this is their share of the huge profits from the AI chip boom. The union is asking for 15% of the company’s operating profit as bonuses for chip workers, with no limits. They also want a 7% raise in base pay. That would mean 40 to 45 trillion KRW in total bonuses. The company has offered 10% of profits as bonuses plus a 6.2% wage increase. The union said no. The union now represents most of Samsung’s workers and has threatened an 18-day strike starting May 21 that could hurt global supplies of AI chips.

@HarapanVAL @Average_Jonas they are ahead because most players fotm roll. most tanks can do 20s, but wow has turned into fotm roll game which makes the stats look so onesided. brew also landed gameplay wise in very good spot after ability purge and is actually fun to play, good numbers or not

@SynthPotato best example of movie lag is the newest avatar. for some reason most of movie is 48fps but then suddenly some scenes are 24fps, very noticable and it made me very annoyed in theather . but yea id say getting used to smooth frames plays big part in it

blood feels worse to play than it has ever felt in high keys. i don't even feel safe sometimes if i stack vamp+drw together this is a classic case of blizzard saying one thing and doing something completely different

@imstormin if theyd allow us to downgrade myth crests to hero and it would remove that amount from myth cap so i could get useful crests for gearing without first grinding 400 myths it would be the best

@CoachlessGG I was asked about this once and told it was cheating, now adays I assume w/ vanguard they have a way to detect this? Idk. A who made a video also got banned once for the altered resolution size once too

@Richie190796084 @Midexhealed @icyveins for most guilds doesnt matter what tank you play, very rarely is tank death a reason for wipe. anyway original post was about bears being "deleted" from game when they have best st and even saw play in world first and also being only tank spec with timed +20 besides brew

@Richie190796084 @Midexhealed @icyveins so just like any mediocre player with any tank spec will do bad damage and die a lot? thats not some specific guardian thing. if you go to logs prot pala by far tops the wipe deaths with brew/dk/guardian/venge in same ball park and prot wars easily most survivable

@Meldwurst @Midexhealed @icyveins It's only good when played by top players. Most tanks in mythic raiding guilds will be do mediocre damage or die all the time if they play it.

@icyveins There was a spec when xpac launched called Guardian Druid, but blizzard decided to remove it from the game completly.

For people messaging me, this is possible because if a character on your account downgrades all their myth crests to hero crests, they can get this achievement and the discount on hero upgrades for ALL your characters, letting you do the achievement on your main w/o wasting myth

Who remembers when Midnight came out and the Race guild participants were on Twitter posting screenshots of how they leveled 25-30 alts to 90 in 12-15 hours? Now that the game has been out for awhile, we all know leveling 35 characters to 90 in like 12 hours is impossible and you should be banned.
