I just spent 2 incredible weeks in Italy and it is so frustrating to come back to the U.S…
How is it possible @RobertKennedyJr that the Italian food supply is so vastly superior.
I literally ate bread at every meal, dessert multiple times per day, and generally ate way more than I do in the U.S.
Not once did I have acid reflux. Not one headache, no digestive problems, and I didn’t gain any weight.
If I ate the same way in the U.S. (I used to at times) I would have gone through a full bottle of Tums and Advil just to get through the day…
WHY does the U.S. allow glyphosate in wheat, high fructose corn syrup in food and who knows what in our milk products?
The difference in quality of life in Italy vs the U.S. is staggering from their common sense (anti corporate) food regulation.
WHY aren’t more people upset about this?
The U.S. is the richest country in the world and we eat like one of the poorest.

🚨 UNREDACTED EPSTEIN FILES ARE LEAVING LAWMAKERS STUNNED
Rep. Lauren Boebert says what she read was so disturbing it raised questions she never expected to ask.
She describes coded language, repeated references to torture, and communications that appear deliberately obscured — conversations that point to extreme abuse and “consumption” metaphors that demand explanation.
No conclusions were drawn.
But the questions alone are horrifying.
If lawmakers are leaving these files shaken, the public deserves to know what is being hidden, why it was coded, and who was protected.
This isn’t gossip.
It’s not theory.
It’s what elected officials are seeing in government-held evidence.
Full transparency.
No redactions.
No more shielding the powerful.
If the truth is disturbing — that’s exactly why it must come out.

@MarioNawfal I mean Ghislaine Maxwell still a criminal too

🚨🇺🇸 EPSTEIN FILES: WHO IS LEX WEXNER?
After Rep. Massie viewed the unredacted files and pushed for transparency, the DOJ has now unredacted billionaire Les Wexner's name.
He appears as a co-conspirator.
Wexner is the founder of L Brands, parent company of Victoria's Secret.
He gave Epstein power of attorney over his finances and gifted him the largest private home in Manhattan.
Accusers have long claimed Epstein used Victoria's Secret as a recruiting tool, with associates posing as modeling scouts to lure young women.
For years Wexner avoided scrutiny while Maxwell took the fall alone.
He is now officially listed as a co-conspirator alongside Ghislaine Maxwell.
The redactions were protecting him.
Now we know why.

Epstein Files: Sultan Bin Sulayem was pitching Epstein on a £1.8 billion UK infrastructure deal in 2009 "Dear Jeffrey, just to refresh your mind on our project in London" The email details London Gateway, described as the UK's largest inward investment project: 44,000 jobs, £3.8 billion added to GDP annually, largest logistics park in Europe. The Sultan wanted Epstein's help getting UK government support for the deal. This is the same Sultan who sent Epstein torture videos and chairs DP World, which operates ports in 40+ countries. A global shipping magnate was using a sex trafficker as his government fixer on billion-pound deals.

You decided to avoid seed oils. You're cooking with butter and tallow. You're reading labels carefully. You feel confident.
Then you check the ingredient list on your bread: soybean oil. Your salad dressing: canola oil. Your mayonnaise: sunflower oil. Your rotisserie chicken: coated in vegetable oil. Your "healthy" granola: made with sunflower oil. Your protein bar: contains palm kernel oil and soy lecithin.
Seed oils aren't just cooking oils. They're stabilizers, emulsifiers, preservatives, texture enhancers. They're in virtually everything processed because they're cheap, shelf-stable, and functionally versatile.
Baked goods use them to extend shelf life. The unsaturated fats remain liquid at room temperature, keeping products soft longer. Your supermarket muffin stays fresh for weeks because it's saturated with soybean oil.
Salad dressings need emulsifiers. Traditional vinaigrettes separate and need shaking. Modern dressings use seed oils and emulsifiers to stay blended indefinitely. Convenience at the cost of consuming inflammatory oils with your vegetables.
Even foods marketed as healthy are saturated with them. "Heart-healthy" cereal bars. "Natural" nut butters with added oils. "Organic" crackers made with sunflower oil. The health halo means nothing when the base ingredient is industrial seed extract.
Restaurant food is worse. That grilled chicken breast? Probably brushed with soybean oil before cooking. The vegetables? Sautéed in canola oil. The bread? Made with vegetable shortening. You ordered "healthy" grilled protein and vegetables. You consumed seed oils at every component.
Even foods that seem oil-free often contain them. Pre-shredded cheese includes anti-caking agents made with seed oils. Dried fruit is often coated with oil to prevent sticking. Spice mixes contain seed oils as carriers. You're consuming them without knowing they're there.
The food industry discovered that adding cheap oils improves texture, shelf life, and profit margins. Then they discovered that hiding these oils in ingredient lists keeps health-conscious consumers buying. "Vegetable oil" sounds benign. "Highly refined industrial soybean extract" would sound concerning.
This is why avoiding seed oils requires cooking from scratch. Whole ingredients. Basic preparation. The moment you buy anything in a package, seed oils are likely involved. The modern food supply is constructed around them.
Grocery shopping becomes archeology. Reading every ingredient list. Discovering that 80% of products contain oils you're trying to avoid. Realizing that "whole foods" sections still stock products made with canola oil. Understanding that avoiding seed oils means avoiding most of the supermarket.
You can't partially avoid them. You're either vigilant to the point of obsession or you're consuming them daily without realizing. There's no middle ground in a food system built on cheap industrial fats.
The invisibility is intentional. If consumers understood how ubiquitous seed oils are, some might question why they're in everything. Easier to hide them in plain sight with innocuous names.
Your grandmother didn't need to check ingredient lists because her food didn't have ingredients lists. Everything was made from recognizable components.
Now you need a biochemistry degree to understand what you're eating.
Seed oils won the food system. They're not an ingredient. They're infrastructure.

Jeffrey Epstein and the hijacking of Bitcoin. Fail to read at your peril (brownstone.org/articles/the-h…)
...........This is the full circle.
Epstein funded the MIT devs who killed Bitcoin as cash.
Brock Pierce ran the Bitcoin Foundation into the ground, opened the door for Epstein’s money, brokered Epstein’s Coinbase stake, sat in Epstein’s mansion pitching Bitcoin to Larry Summers, co-founded Tether, and kept emailing Epstein until 2018.
Tether then printed unbacked dollars to pump Bitcoin 50% in 2017.
Howard Lutnick, who lied about cutting ties with Epstein, took over management of Tether’s $130+ billion Treasury reserves before he even joined the Trump transition. He pushed for Treasury Secretary, missed, landed at Commerce, installed his ally Bo Hines as White House crypto advisor, had Hines ram through the GENIUS Act, then watched Hines quit the White House and immediately become CEO of Tether’s U.S. subsidiary.
Every single player is connected. Every single move was coordinated.
The GENIUS Act entrenches the exact loopholes Tether has lived on.
The CLARITY Act hands regulatory cover to the same insiders.
The Bitcoin Strategic Reserve sits on top of a coin whose price was artificially inflated by the same stablecoin they now “regulate,” whose core development was funded by Epstein, and whose usability was deliberately destroyed by the people who profit from the fix.
This is not Big Short 2.0.
This is Big Short 2.0 on steroids, pre-planned, and run by the same network that already owns the outcome.
They created the crisis (crippled on-chain Bitcoin), printed the fake money to pump it (Tether), positioned themselves to own the “solution” (Blockstream, Cantor, USAT), wrote the laws that protect their scam (GENIUS, CLARITY), and are now preparing to step in as the saviors when the bubble they inflated finally pops. They walk away with fees, stakes, revolving-door jobs, and permanent control over programmable money. We get every transaction tracked, every dollar programmable, and the last remnants of financial freedom erased under the banner of “innovation” and “stability.”
This is not incompetence. This is conquest.
What We Should Do
The Epstein files are public. The University of Texas study is published. The CFTC fines are on record. The emails are in black and white.
Shut down the Bitcoin Strategic Reserve immediately. It is built on fraud and serves as a distraction.
Kill the CLARITY Act before it cements the control grid.
Repeal the GENIUS Act and slam the backdoor shut on programmable dollars.
Expose every connection. Name every name. Refuse to let policy be written on top of Epstein’s shadow.
Support real alternatives: privacy coins, sound money protocols, anything that keeps control in individual hands instead of this parasitic elite network.
Bitcoin was born to set us free. The files prove it was captured. The time to take it back is now.
