@TheRangeUK Worst customer service in the UK automated AI responses on WhatsApp and no real help or support they tell you to repeat yourself to about 5 different employees that don’t give a shit or help you in anyway, massive waste of your time don’t shop at the range or on wilko.

@askesure I had a no fault claim in March 2023, the third party driver accepted full liability I have documentation to verify this. You have more than trebled my insurance policy and reduced my no claims bonus by over 17 years! Sick of waiting for a reply!
