Commissioner Lindsey Coates did issue a detailed Under Advisement Ruling in the #LauraMichelleOwens v. Robert Andrejev (@robertandre007) IAH case, filed 2/26/26. Commissioner Coates upheld the IAH against Rob because his conduct meets Arizona’s legal definition of harassment and is not protected free speech. The injunction stays in place, and if he attends future hearings, he must stay 10 yards away from her. Owens may file an affidavit asking for reasonable attorney’s fees and costs. Note: @DavidSGingras is working pro bono for Laura Owens. #JusticeForAllVictimsOfLauraMichelleOwens An unfortunate ruling, since Laura just continues to weaponize the legal system to silence her critics, and our thoughts are with @robertandre007🙏

David put out a short five-minute video, starting off with the Imperial March music from Star Wars, signaling the entrance of the evil Darth Vader. He proceeds to tease that Jim Lee, the "Bar Guy" finally filed his formal complaint, which turns out to be a lie (shocker, I know). David complained about being upset by today’s news -that his former con artist client, Laura Owens, had filed for bankruptcy - saying it felt like the “bad guys won.” Finally, David compared that to Trump blowing up boats off the coast of Venezuela, possibly killing innocent fisherman. Yes, David - Laura Owens, who spent the last DECADE lying, emotionally torturing, gaslighting and weaponizing the legal system to exact revenge on the men who did not want to date her, is comparable to the illegal & potential war crimes being committed by Trump and this administration.
