@David_Br22 He hasn't quite won it yet. He did get the restraining order renewed but the financial portion of the trial is still ongoing. Hopefully once it concludes he will be rid of that barnacle once and for all.

David Gingras, attorney for serial pregnancy fraud Laura Owens, LIED to the court by his own standards (see accusations against Gregg Woodnick). Laura’s newly released deposition clips from the Love Trapped podcast reveal she said a provider suggested she was having boy/girl twins. David was required to review this deposition. He never bothered to correct the record and never bothered to mention that Laura LIED about this. David was fully aware that no provider ever told Laura she was having boy/girl twins. Just look at the attached screenshot of an email from David to a complete stranger, which was forwarded to me in November 2024. David Gingras is as crooked and disgusting as they come. It’s perfectly reasonable for a person to conclude, after seeing the numerous things Laura lied about that David willfully overlooked, that he knew she was lying about being pregnant and moved forward with the case anyways.

After finally hearing some significant portions of serial liar #LauraMichelleOwens' deposition on the newest episode of Love Trapped, we have some thoughts. @DavidSGingras is obsessed with accusations that Gregg Woodnick lied. Laura testified that her alleged "miscarriage" occurred in September or October when she passed two "fetal sacs" during her deposition. Yet, somehow, Gingras wants to claim that Laura never made these statements (she did, we heard the audio), and Woodnick is lying.🙄 Fast forward to April 26, 2024, when Gingras filed Petitioner’s Response to Respondent’s Amended Motion for Relief Based on Fraud, which included Laura Owens' Affidavit: victimsoflauraowens.com/wp-content/upl… Here, Laura changed her alleged miscarriage date to July 23, 2023, when she reported passing two sacs. This adjustment seems intended to avoid the requirement for a fetal death certificate when the pregnancy exceeds 20 weeks. David Gingras had an obligation and an ethical duty to file a Notice of Candor, indicating that his client had lied. Alternatively, he should have withdrawn from the case. Instead, he submitted contradictory and false testimony from Owens to the court. The reason David is consumed with accusations that Woodnick lied? It's called psychological projection, folks. Projection is a psychological defense mechanism that involves attributing one's undesirable traits, feelings, or impulses to other people. David knows he is a liar and that his egregious conduct in this case was unethical and unprofessional. AFTER TRIAL but BEFORE HIS BRIEF, @DavidSGingras posted here that June date was correct. Seriously, neither of them can keep their stories straight.

The last one titled "Gregg Woodnick LIED TO THE COURT"🤣😂 In his effort to deflect from his own unethical behavior, Gingras is still playing the whataboutism game, accusing Woodnick of sharing medical records on Twitter (Woodnick is not on Twitter), and smearing #LauraMichelleOwens in the press, before the June 10th hearing. Mind you, Judge Mata's instructions in her Minute Entry (ME) for the 2/21/24 Evidentiary Hearing were: LET THE RECORD FURTHER REFLECT that no party shall disclose outside of themselves any medical or other documentation (exhibits, medical records, etc.) disclosed between the parties. Gingy continues to pretend he doesn't understand these clear instructions and instead accuses Woodnick of releasing documents online and suggests that Jim Lee is incompetent, confused, and uninformed. (That should go over well with the CJC).
