The Republic Of Ireland has set an example, and in the aftermath it's #NowForNI -- to push for an all-island legalisation of abortion. MPs are meeting today to debate removing a law which is the largest impediment to NI changing its laws. More info here: londonirisharc.com/now-for-ni

As @stellacreasy said in UK Parliament yesterday, a Westminster vote today does NOT impinge on Northern Ireland's devolved powers. It removes a 150-year-old law from the statute books of all of UK (Britain's legal abortion is merely an exception to that law). #NowForNI
