mechanically good game in the last few years have had major performance issues at launch (mh:wilds, crimson desert, ect)
I havent had the issues but i went out of my way to get a very powerful desktop in anticipation of the next era of games having problems. Upgrades people!

First look gameplay for Exodus already looks great and the Bioware DNA is obvious.
• Studio head was the lead designer for Dragon Age: Origins and KOTOR
• The lead writer for KOTOR, Mass Effect 1, and Mass Effect 2 is on board as well.

@Pirat_Nation I only saw this by chance and had written the game iff with the departure of the heads. They will need to get out and let people know they back and in total control otherwise it may harm sales because of people like me who didnt want to encourage this behavior from krafton.

The judge found that Krafton broke their agreement when they fired Gill and the co-founders last summer without a good reason.
- Ted Gill is back as CEO right away with full control of the studio.
- He has complete say over when and how Subnautica 2 launches in Early Access on Steam.
- Krafton cannot block him or interfere with the launch.
- The big bonus payment (up to $250 million) linked to the game's release and success is active again until September 2026.

Riftbound has been a case study on how poorly a company that has all the money in the world and 30+ years of TCG sales and R&D to build off of can completely and entirely drop the ball because seemingly not one person who worked on it has purchased and played any card game ever.

@KryDotExe The game is made by BUNGIE! The pedigree plays into the expectations of not just the consumer but by their bosses.
This game needed a launch peak of 250,000 to hit the level of success expected. We already saw capitulation with them reducing MTX cost.

To go back to glaze mode, I really do think Marathon could be a big streamer game if anyone (or their viewers) gave it a chance. Good for squads, prox chat, later maps get challenging, complex and more interesting, buildcrafting is an actual thing, new chars added, etc. But alas
