@garysavage1 I think good chance of a Monday morning drop to fill up trading buckets placed at 0.5 apart. Sell by Tuesday on the rebound. Buckets regularly catch $100 ~ $150 daily. Something never changes. $40 spike $3 crash .. ok.

If this were to occur the selling pressure will be massive and it will infect everything.

This is just a "what if" scenario. My current theory is that we had a slightly short 4 year cycle low back in Oct. 2022. However, if this were to crash over the next month and drop all the way back to the 200 week moving average and break the trend line then I will reconsider that 2022 was a half 4 year cycle low and the real 4 year cycle low would occur now. If so this would be a huge buying opportunity.

@garysavage1 the quadrillion $ question - does gold top first & silver keep going a bit, vice-verse or do they top simultaneously? Perhaps gold tops first is my guess.

Bull markets make higher highs. Now the only question is when does sentiment get so extreme that there are no buyers left to push price higher. Once that stage is reached an intermediate degree profit taking event occurs. Price goes back down trapping those that bought late, sentiment is cleansed as everyone slowly becomes bearish, and the stage is reset for the next rally. Metals are entering the euphoria phase. This could last a couple of weeks or a couple of days. But make no mistake, gold is approaching the start of the next multi week correction.

I don't think the cartel will be able to hold the suppression at $35 much longer. This will break much quicker than the suppression at $33.
