Europe is here to help: the EU’s civilian border mission deploys today to the Rafah Crossing at the request of the Palestinians and the Israelis. It will support Palestinian border personnel and allow the transfer of individuals out of Gaza, including those who need medical care

I took this pictures during a recent visit to Georgia. I was impressed by the European flags everywhere and the clear EU aspirations of its citizens. The Foreign Influence Law puts those aspirations in question and will shutter the space for its vibrant civil society.

The #GCM Regional Review for Europe just concluded. The final session addressed the relevance of intl partnerships to an effective & comprehensive approach to migration. A clear message: Well managed migration is beneficial for all- migrants & countries along the migration route.
