Sometimes when we ask Him shifa if we are sick and we don't receive it, Obviously it is a sign of disappointment.
Later we realize it was good that we didn't get shifa at the moment and the Hikmat behind His every act...

When you pray to Allah, do you ask for prayers you want fulfilled or do we ask Him for whatever is best for us?
For example if someone is sick, do we pray for them to get better, or for whatever is best?
