Why am I sitting in the HR office? I’m so glad you asked. My prep cook came into the kitchen and shouted the score of a certain World Cup match happening live that my line cook Eugenio was saving to watch at home later tonight. So Eugenio threw a grapefruit at his face.

My uncle passed away last night, luckily I got to see him before he did. I've lost two relatives to smoking related lung cancer and it is not a pleasant way to go. If you'll allow me to preach, put down that bloody cigarette

@magisternihil I have a friend who does tower work for a living. He loves it but he's also into skydiving. I get nauseous just looking at his pics of work. Lol

Spent the evening cleaning up the hidden staircase behind the false wall. Never woulda thought I'd type that years ago but it's a strange life I've lived.
