We have always advised Charlie and we have privately advised the current executives of @TPUSA post Charlie’s execution that total transparency was and is the only route through. @RealCandaceO I know that his ethical donors feel the same way. It’s never to late to be transparent. And even if you do have something to hide you will always be better off in the long run with transparency. Rejecting the plain meaning of the Equal Protection Clause. She accused the Court itself of enabling "our collective demise." "Let-them-eat-cake obliviousness." "Five-alarm fire." "Moneyed interests." These aren't legal opinions. These are campaign speeches from a chair that's supposed to be above campaigns. Harvard Law. A Supreme Court clerkship. Eight years on the federal bench. She told the Senate she doesn't have "a judicial philosophy per se." But she told the country she's "not afraid to use her voice." She's an activist. Weakest judge of the highest court. Biden had judges with more cases argued before the Court and bipartisan support. Interesting segment from today’s hearing on the birthright citizenship debate at SCOTUS: Justice Kagan arguing that birthright citizenship could logically exclude children of “sojourners” born on US soil because the nature of their visit to the US was never intended to be permanent. But the exclusion would not apply to the children of illegal aliens, presumably because when the illegal aliens illegally entered the country, their intention was to stay permanently, so their children born on US soil should be given citizenship. Interesting distinction that would effectively ratify the consequences of illegal conduct. Not convinced that’s what the Framers had in mind.
