Paul Thames, 29, was arrested and charged after turning himself in to Waco police following the viral video.
In the footage, Thames is seen with his 3-year-old son at the Legend Apartments.
The footage was shared to the police and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
He’s being held on a $200,000 bond.
