The existing Limitation Act incentivises clinicians and Health Boards to prevent patients from getting truthful information about their experiences. The UK needs new legislation making it an absolute offence to record or give patients information that is inaccurate. @MeshUKCT

Clever, @GWRHelp? The 15:48 PAD-SWA was diverted via Bath due to a claimed landslip but at BPW the subsequent train seems to have come the normal route and has already left for Newport. Now I, as a disabled person, will have to struggle the length of 10 carriages on arrival.

I need to warn all UK 🇬🇧 patients about the horrors of the medical complaints process, which is utterly soul-destroying. You will have no voice. There is no support. You will be gaslit. You will be belittled. You will be lied to. You will be dismissed, and finally, you will be stonewalled. Patient care comes second to denials and cover-up. It sounds horrendous, doesn't it, yet in reality, it's 10x worse. I was denied details of a serious known risk, denied #InformedConsent before a non-urgent, elective hip surgery, and left with a more distressing, needless, and permanent injury. I don't want this to happen to you or anyone you love 🙏❤️ Please help me get this petition to parliament. We MUST force change. Don’t even bother patronising me south wales police - I will never ever trust you again and one thing for sure when you sat in that meeting with me in 2019 - you watched me sob you had no evidence from professionals yet took sides - you wonder why vulnerable families speak up on twitter because you lot do nothing but stand up for bullies - you lied told my partner you was taking things seriously- yet you send a officer to intimidate me over my post over a health board that fabricated reports - I grew up thinking if anyone could help would be the police well I was lied to you the lA and health boards in wales are nothing but bullies who protect each other - I was never a problem never had nothing to do with the police it was the bullies that cause that - shame on the lot of you
