@Reiwholesaler Had this couple times, partition could be an option. Just lengthy and expensive

@shawngorham We’re doing this now with foreclosures, probates and evictions, we pull them everyday, skipped and filter for deceased owners, and rank them based on google street view distressed markers. Allows us to narrow down 100 daily records down to 5. We then deep dive those records

claude code just made every automation agency look like a joke.
i described an outreach system in plain english.
it planned the architecture, asked me clarifying questions, then built the entire thing autonomously.
14 minutes. zero code. self-healing workflows.
here's what happened:
i said "build me an outreach system that scrapes leads from apollo, researches them, sends personalized emails from my gmail, and hits them on linkedin"
claude code:
→ read my .md file (the secret sauce)
→ asked what type of clients i'm targeting
→ asked how i want linkedin handled
→ designed the full system architecture
→ built n8n workflows for the linear tasks
→ created agentic flows for the complex stuff
→ connected everything to airtable crm
i clicked "yes, allow" a few times.
that's it. that's the whole process.
the .md file is what makes this work. it tells claude how to think about automations - when to use linear workflows vs agentic flows, how to structure them, how to make them self-healing.
without it, claude guesses.
with it, claude builds like a $15K consultant.
comment "CLAUDE" and i'll send you the .md file that makes this possible.
full video breakdown in the comments.

@corbett3000 @danielgothits In case you’re not trolling - This is a market place, not a kumbaya safe space. If you engage in commerce, you will receive offers you don’t like.
English

@Messy_title @danielgothits Limp wristed answer...humm. Do you have parents? If you care for them you'd understand. Even if you don't, what is limp wristed about being kind to older people rather than bot swarming them with disregulating emails?
English

@corbett3000 @danielgothits What a limp wrist answer. I can’t tell if you’re trolling or not tbh
English

@Messy_title @danielgothits Humans have nervous systems. Boomers don't regulate them so well. "Stressing out old people" is harm.
English

@danielgothits This is "fun" but a perfect example of an unethical use of this technology. My parents have a house on the market. I know that if they received this they would be deeply stressed. Ask yourself why you're causing harm at scale and what the implications are for you and humanity.

@thmoneycircle Unfortunately yes. Low barrier to enter, high barrier to succeed

@hasantoxr Are you the builder, or very enthusiastic?
I wish outbound AI was allowed in USA with warm, non-opted in leads, but I understand why it's not.
English

@coltpdx @hasantoxr Currently, do you think we’re at the point where we can make cold calls?
English

Sub-200ms latency on real telephony is the threshold where AI calls become indistinguishable from human ones. The implications for customer service are obvious, but the more interesting use case is outbound. Imagine an AI agent that cold-calls in perfect French or Japanese. Language barriers in business are about to disappear.

Had a lot of deals scheduled to close this month. I don’t know what’s in the water, but half of them have dirty tiles and either can’t close for 1-2 more months or have died 😂😂😂
So happy I changed things up with my marketing. My expenses are so low, even with half my deals dying this month I will still be profitable and I’ll still eat
