I have long said that one of the best early indicators that a project has an outsized success chance is unincentivized community tooling built up around the project...as that is indicative of extreme user interest and fanatical behavior. Fantasy Top was one of the more obvious recent examples...and I've seen a few others recently. - Proof of Play Arcade: We're seeing TONS of UGC, player-generated guides, and self-developed leaderboards and trackers. Things you love to see - Gigaverse: Self-playing AI agent frameworks. User-developed OTC markets. Community developed infographics. - OCH: Same situation - User-developed marketplaces to support item trading using the contracts since everything is onchain. - Project X: Tons of dashboards, profit checkers, trackers and third party displays are starting to pop up from community members. If you see your community cranking out onboarding/UI improvements/building on top of what you've created simply bc they love the product, you know you're onto something. Learning how to identify these early-stage fanatics is a super power for figuring out which projects have real user appeal before the masses arrive.
