At today’s @MetaDebriefClub, we reviewed a debrief from @nath_oliver_sim. We asked: “How much (& how) should facilitators guide where the discussion goes in a debrief?” If it’s truly learner led, shouldn’t we go wherever the learners want to take it? What do others think?
