Re Junior Doctor strikes, the 'if you don't like it, get another job / go elsewhere' crowd need to rapidly learn that doctors are doing exactly that. It's (partly) why you struggle to see a GP, or it takes months to see a specialist. We simply do not have enough of them.

Any advice on how I can get my penicillin allergy de-labelled?! ‘Rash as child’ has haunted my medical notes for 30 years… currently on clary for tonsillitis and the side effects are distinctly un-fun. 😩

@HelenBranswell Sadly a predictable outcome of climate change. Amongst many other effects, healthcare workers are expecting a drift of diseases like dengue and malaria - becoming endemic in previously unaffected areas

France has detected 217 imported case of #dengue from May through October this year but detected 65 cases in which people caught dengue within the country over the same timeframe. Will southern France become a place where one can catch dengue? eurosurveillance.org/content/10.280…
