Hi, you're using the Smart Accounts feature in MetaMask. You can confirm this by looking up your address on the Monad explorer and going to the "Authorizations (EIP-7702)" section.
When switching to a smart account it simply points your basic account to a specific MetaMask smart contract that will perform enhanced functions for you, thereby granting you some “smart account” benefits without migrating your funds or changing your address.

Hello, this is my first time using the Monad network. I deposited Monad to MEXC using my MetaMask wallet, but MEXC has not credited the funds, even though the Monad is clearly already in the MEXC wallet.

@xjytol Could you please provide a bit more context into the issue you're encountering? Do you get a specific error message when trying to remove tokens or do the tokens just don't get removed after trying to remove them? What version of the app are you using as well?
