What they were after is who the members of Congress spoke to.
You've seen a link-analysis. I've used dozens of them in trial.
They are very effective in evidence even when you have no idea what the conversations were about. You use them to INSINUATE sinister connections.
You use them to try and "flip" people by making them THINK you have evidence of misdeeds.
THAT is what the Jack Smith SCO was after with the records of members of Congress.
It was looking for a tool it could use as leverage to flip one or more into cooperating.
