@united I am flying from ALB to LAS first flight was delayed because the cabin crew was late causing a mess with connections now the second flight has the same issue a late cabin crew. This is not acceptable. I also booked first class expecting a decent meal and they fed us cold cereal with milk. Do better or people will find another alternative.
