@Meth_Pramudi That's true. Does the @ParliamentLK use assumed names in their directory? I thought those are names from the birth certificate. If you can get any additional names, I can run it through my friend.

Since @waseda_univ doesn't provide enrollment record to third parties, I submitted a "Freedom of Information" request to the Japanese government. Interestingly, I couldn't find any doctoral dissertation submitted by a person called "Ranwala" through WINE. Unfortunately, I can query for records after 2013. I need author's permission to get any additional records. I have emailed Academic Affairs Office (kyomu-request@list.waseda.jp if anyone wants to try their luck)
