Personal experience - the best I ever felt and strongest I ever was … tons of fats in my diet. Hdl was through the roof too.
Not to mention… the EASIEST calorie to consume when you need to get more calories in

a research group in Korea built a gene switch you can control wirelessly using electromagnetic fields
they exposed mice to 60 hz EMF (same frequency as your wall outlet) using a pair of large coils that generate a uniform magnetic field around the animal, for cyclic 3-day on / 4-day off pulses
they showed this could:
- activate OSK to do epigenetic reprogramming in progeroid and aged mice, extending lifespan and reversing aging markers across multiple tissues
- conditionally switch on mutant amyloid genes only in aged mouse brains, letting them separate aging effects from amyloid effects to study AD biology in a way previous models couldn't

I find Protestantism and orthodoxy to be aesthetic based larps They’re very clearly defined by their cultures once they abandoned universalism and evangelism Same reason the crusader larp bothers me. There’s a difference between a meaningful heritage and a primarily aesthetic belief system In America, Episcopalianism is the high church new englanders who aren’t Catholic, Baptists and Methodists round out the south and the plains, Mormonism and Amish are breeding cults for the English and the Germans, Lutheranism is primarily Nordic, Presbyterians are similar to the Episcopalians I couldn’t tell you the beliefs of any of these. They have become defined by their cultures and aesthetics Proof is in the pudding, the “national cathedral”, my dumbass thought I was about to go to Mass. its instead a glorious Episcopalian place
