@NYCMayorsOffice @NYPDPC Unfortunately the snow removal at bus stops has been abysmal. Today at 5am, I had to climb over feet of snow and three busses left and wouldn’t wait for me to walk around so I had to stand on the road. Streets are a mess Mr. Mayor.

Communication technicians are the heart of New York City’s 911 system. Over the last few days, these public servants have been working around the clock to keep New Yorkers safe and connected to emergency help when they need it most. In moments of extreme weather like this, it’s their dedication—and the dedication of all city workers—that keeps our city running. We owe them our deep gratitude and support.

@NYCMayor @NYCSchools When we treat a snow day, like just another workday, we’re once again asking the lowest paid to do the most with the least support. That’s inequity, plain and simple.

As snowfall begins to blanket our city, we have decided that tomorrow will be a REMOTE school day for @NYCSchools to keep everyone safe from hazardous weather conditions. There will be no in-person instruction.   Over the past week, my administration has prepared for this moment – ensuring devices are in hand, families are informed and educators are ready to welcome students online.
  For high schoolers and students in grades 6-8 with a previously scheduled professional learning day, Monday will remain a day off.

@NYCMayor @NYCSchools A “remote day” instead of a snow day is incredibly shortsighted. It ignores the realities educators face during storms: they have their children at home, are shoveling, helping neighbors, and some will lose power/ internet. A snow day isn’t a “day off”—it’s a safety & sanity call

@AnthemBCBS I do not understand why you are unwilling to negotiate terms with Mount Sinai for coverage. This is one of most well respected hospital systems in the country and all of my doctors are in this group. I have been calling for months with no response from Anthem BCBS.

@MichelobULTRA @AnheuserBusch very poor planning for the Michelin ultrapitchfest. We were prepared to wait but we are at 2:15 and still No communication. You have lot of unhappy people.

Do not even try the Michelob ultra pitch fest in NYC. The wait, with a reservation, has been two hours so far with no communication. Staff not sharing anything. #poorplanning @MichelobULTRA

@TeamYouTube I am unable to access some of my videos that have been on the site for several years. I get an error message that your website says means it's private or unlisted. I go to my youtube studio and it is gone. Can you help?

@TeamYouTube We can't find anything. That being said, it was under a previous email that was disabled. Could the account that the videos lived been disabled. My current account is not showing the videos. My old account could be where they are.

@Mfredgrassi we might be able to help further without needing a phone call. one way you can find your channel URL is by checking your browsing history or other social media pages where you might have shared it. you can also check your emails coming from us, including your spam/junk folders

@Mfredgrassi can you send us the channel URL which is linked to that email? also, we recommend deleting your tweet that has your personal info

@TeamYouTube I did try that and they still don't appear. It's almost like they are blocked. I can't even get the links because when I click the site I sent, it doesn't bring me to the link. I am not sure why this happened to some and not all.

@Mfredgrassi your private videos won’t appear in the Videos tab of your channel homepage. we recommend changing the privacy setting by following the steps on the article we shared

@TeamYouTube I did that and it still is not pulling up the videos. It's actually bizarre.

@Mfredgrassi have you tried looking into your unlisted vids? also, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies as this usually helps fix most issues. if you're on mobile, make sure that you have the updated version of the app by reinstalling it

@TeamYouTube I did everything you said but the videos won't come up for me. I followed the directions and then scrolled as well through all of them. I only am seeing 3 private videos.

@TeamYouTube When you go the website where they are housed: sites.google.com/stlukesct.org/… it doesn't bring me to the links. I go into my youtube channel with the title, I can't find them. the one I sent you doesn't come up on my youtube channel so I can't pull it up to change the setting.
