@puckempire His win/loss record is absurd. His GAA is good. His save% is meh but the way we give up few, but difficult shots doesn't help. I was a little worried but he's made the big stops when we needed them (something Freddie rarely gives us). He's also been better the last few games.

Ce qui fait vivre Rocket League, c’est l’esport, de par son intensité, sa facilité de compréhension, mais avant tout le niveau individuel incroyable de tous les joueurs professionnels. Vous savez où je veux en venir : bots et DDoS. Nous avons dû créer des serveurs Discord pour essayer de jouer de manière compétitive, mais ce n’est pas la solution miracle. C’est compliqué à gérer, pas facile d’accès, puis évidemment nous ne pouvons pas rassembler tous les joueurs du monde entier. Le problème étant que le niveau global des joueurs régresse et que notre temps de jeu est divisé par deux ou par trois. Epic Games, faites quelque chose tout de suite. À tous mes amis créateurs de contenu : ce n’est pas normal pour vous non plus d’avoir à subir ça. Les gens ne regardent plus Rocket League, les streamers perdent potentiellement leur communauté et peuvent perdre leur métier. Il est temps de réaliser que nous ne pouvons plus attendre, sinon Rocket League finira comme Rocket Racing. Rassemblons la communauté et formons qu'un. #RLNEEDCHANGES

Ok so: I’ll start with the most basic & fundamental aspect… 1. The gym is for the gym. 2. The field/skill work is for the skill/field work Aiming to blend the two in this way (while they are assuming makes it more impactful) actually degrades both aspects The strength work isn’t able to be performed at a high enough intensity or proper ROM because it is aiming to be done with the sport aspect/implement The skill work dynamics & range of motion are degraded by the unusual resistance being applied If you want to blend “transferability,” from the training to the sport, aim to increase the connection via: - Energy system specificity - Plane of motion - Speed of movement - Muscle groups used Lastly, these athletes spend so much time with a soccer ball. Does doing poorly executed footwork while holding weights 1-2 hours per week move the needle that much? They’d get much more out of general/capacity driven work to augment the skill training they do so much of already!
