The top three designs will be chosen by vote count. The Scrutineer will count the votes. The design with the most votes shall be the winner. TN CyberTech Bank shall have the right to choose any of the three as its logo, or to reject all of them and commence another process. Notwithstanding the choice made by TN Cybertech Bank, the designer of the best logo shall be paid US$5,000.00 (Five Thousand), and the other two shall be paid US$500.00 each.
