@etihad I already discussed and as I said I believe the services was very poor, they don’t want to help they just want to get more money form the consumers… 👎
@EtihadHelp@etihad I am a frequent user of your airline (gold member) and you want to charge me 400USD to and the second last name in the booking… Next time I will definitely choose another airline, worse service than a low cost
@EtihadHelp so disappointed about etihad customer service. I am a gold member and they want to charge me 100 usd to add my second last name in the ticket when actually is an error of their system. That is not fair. I would chose other airline next time.
