Learning still after crises!

Let's summarize: climate activists and scientists are writing the judicial manual on a topic for the specific purpose of lawfare against an industry. These same folks put on multiple "education programs" for judges working on behalf of law firms that have already filed or will file lawsuits. They also work as experts + witnesses to testify in these cases. However, none of these conflicts are ever disclosed! Instead, this whole operation looks more like a conspiracy than a scientific assessment. The corruption is a feature of the system.

This is the first time in recorded history that we have a super El Niño correlating with a -PDO. Theory here is the -PDO is helping to encourage troughing out west, flexing the SE ridge more often; strong +AAM is preventing heat domes from gaining a foothold.
