@jackmcdade That screen has always bothered me. It feels unnecessary and adds an additional step to get to a collection. The only use it has is to create new collections. That being said, maybe I’ll change my mind if it’s more useful. Maybe a set of configurable widgets.

@MichaelAerni It's too tight for the style I'm going for. And is only 1 of many different possible border radii users might have anyway 🤷

@jesseleite85 Drawn by Microsoft’s latest AI. Truly cutting edge!

@pelmered @_duncanmcclean @taylorotwell @statamic Interesting. So you tried Statamic on Cloud with flat files already?
English

@MichaelAerni @_duncanmcclean @taylorotwell @statamic Yes, editing directly in production might be a problem with flat files. But if you are deploying the content with git it should not be a problem. That is how I typically set it up, but it might be a problem with the work/QA install with Git auto commit.
English

@_duncanmcclean @taylorotwell @statamic That’s what I thought. Maybe if the Stache could read/write content from S3 it would work for flat files too?
English

@MikeMartin604 @jackmcdade Yeah, something similar in design to the assets fieldtype with the browse button.
English

@jackmcdade I think the entry field works great, but the Create and Link options could be more seamless. Could try a Search autocomplete with a “Create” and “Browse” actions as the last options.

I'm working on this Statamic Control Panel refresh and I'm searching for some examples of other platforms notion of a "relationship" type field, where you select one or more of a thing that exists, and sometimes also create a new thing right inline.
We use this pattern everywhere — Entries, Forms, Users, etc.
Have you seen something similar with a better UX?

English

@statamic I had a blast implementing this. Make sure to check out this kit if you haven’t.

Photographer 1.1 just dropped with some new hotness — images in your private galleries now show a loading state while they're being processed.

@johnmkoster Curious as to why you’d reach for this over a Blade component with props?
English

@jackmcdade Yeah, it does. Just make sure you can roll back to the current design in 5 years when it’s “in” again lol.
English

@MichaelAerni PR is done, but was working on `$parent` syntax in field conditions.

It may be a Friday night, but...
