Just closed on a property and a tenant brought a bunch of repair issues to my attention that they said the old owner about I’m kicking myself for not interviewing every single tenant as part of DD and asking if there are any unresolved maintenance requests 🤦‍♂️ Do you do this?

@Financi86885957 It’s entirely possible as the data is always lagging by a bit, so tough to get anything more up to date, but I’m not sure overall sentiment has changed much since the article, but can only say anecdotally for that
