@virginmedia I was promised a call within 4/5 days from the technical dept last week, as nobody else could help me (although they tried) as yet no call, you cannot keep blaming COVID for poor customer services

@virginmedia Yes I’ve called and spoke to several people but they were unable to help, that’s when they said that technical support would call me, Perhaps they have sent an email to my old email address, but someone did tell me they deleted it, but I’m not sure they have

@MichaelDarmody I'm sorry for any confusion Michael, if you've changed your package/ contract you'd usually be sent a confirmation email not letter. In regards to the online account have you called us on 150/ 0345 454 1111 so we can look into this? ^AR

@virginmedia I also took a call week ago offering me an upgrade which included BT sport, this was applied immediately and should have been followed up with a letter stating this, no letter yet.
