@CochraneLibrary @CochraneNeonate So essentially HFNC is non inferior to CPAP in outcomes but may cause less nasal trauma and abdo distension. In my experience the term babies seem more comfortable on HFNC than CPAP. Anecdotal I know but important to think about.

@DocAnonX Question? Why do you feel the need to denigrate someone else's job to seek justification for more more pay. Just for the record I fully support the Drs strikes and extra renumeration, it's shocking that a starting hrly rate is so low for Drs.

@rohan_aziz_ It is a annoying yes. But most professions have a registration fee. £400 is a lot in comparison to NMC and other registration fees. But I found out the other day from my dad that chartered accountants pay ~£800 for annual registration, then I felt slightly better about my lot.
