Hey everyone. I haven't been very responsive on here the last week. My dog, Link, who I've raised since he was a puppy over the last 13 years, passed away yesterday after being in the vet ER's ICU since last Wednesday for heart failure. I put together some of my favorite pics of him to share so you all can see the most awesome animal friend I could ask for. Set up a second Hermes agent in the cloud last night with some hand holding from my current Hermes agent. Fade AI at your own peril. The tech is legit. The productivity boosts are real. We are accelerating into the future. People who don’t find these tools useful are not layering and implementing the stack correctly IMO. Once you understand the interplay between harness, models and a layered memory system and combine them correctly you attain super powers that were unfathomable just three years ago.

Lightning doesn't have a marketing department.... It's not like Solana. But those of us who can see activity increasing from the "inside" -- because we run routing nodes or services -- can see it growing steadily year over year.

I love seeing Bitcoin adoption but I feel a strong ethical obligation to point out how no Spark wallet app implements unilateral exit. None of them. This means you fully trust a third party due to how wallets implement Spark support in practice. Also none of the recovery tools that claim to provide "unilateral exit" actually can do one. They all call out to a Spark server and ask for your statechain leaves. No wallet app saves these locally. If the server is down, you're screwed.

If you want to run a LN node it’s never been easier even if the launch hype is past and node helper businesses have pivoted. You can always just download and run LND. If you have questions about how to run things there’s never been more docs that you can now ask AI questions on.

Been poking around multiplayer agent protocols where networks of principals operate with different incentives. I’ve got a dozen or so research pieces I’m working through, but who on here should I follow? A2A, AP2, x402, heck maybe even AI-pilled OAuth poasters for a good time.

I spent the weekend with dozens of VP+ leaders on how to ai pill their team, and here were the things that hit them hardest: - yes, you are behind - most are willing to add tools and spend tokens. few are willing to kill process & change jobs - a leader’s lack of ai hard skills is a drag on their org - teams that swallow the pill of investing in internal devx get ahead faster - you think you can’t afford to dedicate time to AI, but teams are getting massive gains w just 1-2 people - you’re underspending tokens - if you think tokens are expensive, tally up the cost of your “alignment” meetings - design is getting left behind - your engineers don’t know these new tools as well as you think - competition is not about product features but about how whole teams operate - you were unprepared for the last 2 years. @_Matt_Bowers_ Economic development done correctly is the engine to drive an influx of talented people to the city. But, it needs to be done right, what are we doing to attract entrepreneurial talent? AI capital and talent? Not much in comparison to other cities IMO.

There needs to be a strategy to get people to move to New Orleans. All the economic development in the world doesn’t matter if people are leaving and not moving in. Empty nesters , retirees , 2nd homes whatever works #NOLA
