@Acyn Taking $5, then giving back $1 is not tax relief. Unfortunately many people believe every word you say.

Vance: The second thing the tariffs are doing is it's bringing in a lot of additional revenue which, of course, we're using to give tax relief to the American people and make it easier for average Americans to get by.

@GovLauraKelly Our SC is a joke and does not represent the people of Kansas, in no world should a gaggle of lawyers be allowed to select our Justices. We need a bipartisan, transparent selection process like the rest of the nation.

Today, I appointed Larkin Walsh to the Kansas Supreme Court. A skilled attorney with years of experience, her unique perspective will be an excellent addition to the Supreme Court. I'm confident she will serve the people of Kansas with the integrity they deserve.

@RpsAgainstTrump This is why our country is $36 Trillion in debt. When you owe people money, you pay them back. Pay Down The Debt!

Josh Hawley says the legislation he’s proposing will send $600 tariff rebate checks to Americans, but not to “Biden voters”: “This is going to the Trump blue-collar voters” How is this even legal? Also, rebate checks? I was reliably told that other countries pay the tariffs...

@CoachLouHoltz88 Interest rates aren’t the problem. Too many people living beyond their means. We had a 6% interest rate when we bought our house, which was historically low before the “free money” era.

This isn’t political. It’s right vs. wrong. People can’t buy homes, small businesses are drowning in interest—and the federal reserve is asleep at the wheel. President Trump is calling for lower interest rates—and he’s right. Enough is enough.

We canned our first batch of peaches. We have also frozen a good quantity to last us through the year. I’m so thankful that my parents taught me to grow and preserve food from a home garden. #gardening #peaches

BREAKING BILLIONS: @realDonaldTrump has hit a record high in tariff revenue, collecting a staggering $150 billion from foreign countries since implementing the policy. In July alone, the United States hit a new milestone with $28 billion collected—highlighting the unprecedented impact of his trade agenda.

We picked a few peaches this morning. The insects and birds have caused quite a bit of damage this year, most likely due to the hot, dry weather. #peaches #gardening

I appreciate @RepMann for contacting me regarding my concerns about after school funding. Not only did Rep. Mann’s office respond to my initial questions, they contacted me again to let me know how things were progressing.

@pulte The reason that most people can’t afford a house has little to do with the Federal Reserve or their FICO score. It has more to do with the choices they have made previously. Too many people trying to keep up with the Jones family.

I gave this quote to the WSJ today, ahead of their hit piece. “We will not be intimidated by hit pieces like this, with unnamed ‘sources’, that are designed to help big monopolies like FICO and their lobbyists, and continue the ripping off of Americans, which has gone on for decades.” William J. Pulte, Director of U.S. Federal Housing

@MmisterNobody Think of it as paying for services to/for your house. Maintaining water and sewer lines, paying for fire and police departments. If you got rid of property taxes, local governments would bill you and call it something else. You are in more control of your housing costs over time.

Can someone explain to me like I’m 5 years old what the point of buying a house is if, even after you pay off the mortgage, you still have to pay property taxes?
