@SamaHoole The fish stopped reaching the British customer and now goes elsewhere.

1958: a British fishmonger had cod, haddock, plaice, sole, herring, mackerel, sprats, kippers, smoked haddock, eels, oysters, mussels, cockles, whelks, brown shrimp, and crab on his slab. All landed within the week. All from British waters.
2026: a British supermarket has tilapia from Vietnam, salmon from a Norwegian feedlot, and a tray of "white fish bites" of unspecified species.
The North Sea is still there. The boats are still in the harbour.
Somewhere between 1958 and now, the fish stopped reaching the customer.

@Charmaling @RupertLowe10 Define Chinese - Would it include a child of English parents born and raised in China? How would you know which English are actually foreign and which are Chinese? Are none of them Chinese, even the one's who are two generations removed from England?

Foreign nationals should not be permitted to stand for election, and a Restore Britain Government would ban it.
Reform's Bangladeshi man lost in Portsmouth, but others succeeded.
An Indian was elected to the Scottish Parliament, even without a permanent visa to stay in the UK.
This is wrong - they should not be allowed to stand.
Our position is very straightforward.
British elections for British people.

@markofagenius So, you are shifting the blame to your teacher colleagues who were responsible for failing to properly educate so many people?
Why are so many institutions, captured by the left, so incompetent?

Bill Gates just went on The View and casually warned the next pandemic will be "far more severe" than COVID.
The guy who spent years pushing global health "solutions" is already teeing up the next one.
Why does this man always sound like he's reading from a script we didn't vote for?
America isn't falling for the fear campaign again.

🇩🇰 Copenhagen's Green-led council is limiting elderly care residents to 80 grams of beef per week for climate reasons.
That works out to 11.4 grams a day, which is less meat than most people put in a single taco.
A Green party rep explained the logic: the elderly "have been the biggest climate sinners throughout their lives."
So the plan is apparently to make them atone for it in their final years, one thimble of mince at a time.
Critics, including opposition parties and elderly advocates, say the policy risks undernutrition in a population already vulnerable to it.
The council says it's flexible, but the elderly eating climate penance for dinner might disagree.

In his debate with Gary Priestley, Gary Stevenson claims he makes so much money on the markets, his kids will be multimillionaires, while also claiming that everyone else cannot afford to feed their kids or keep the heating on.
Strange then, that after a hiatus last year, his return video announced the launch of his Patreon, directly asking his audience, whom he describes as struggling, to fund his work.
He explained that, despite his massive personal wealth, he needs their support to create more 'ambitious' and 'creative' content beyond simple talking-head videos. Yet since launching the Patreon, he has released 22 videos in the exact same format, with fewer guests than in earlier periods.
He has 2,121 paid subscribers on Patreon, meaning that at a minimum he makes £153k a year from his viewers. He likely makes a similar amount from ad revenue alone, let alone the millions he claims to make on the markets.
His entire platform is built on the idea that the rich extract wealth from everyone else. The brazen hypocrisy of him doing this to his own viewers, in the most direct way possible, is incredible.

I want to tell you the story of a young woman who you have probably never heard of. Her name is Mary Anne. She was born on a remote island in Scotland, where life was harsh and unforgiving.
On May 2, 1930, when she was 18 years old, she got on a boat headed for Ellis Island to start a new life. She arrived here 11 days later.
She wasn't chasing fame, riches, or power. She came for the unique opportunity that America offered. Her sister was already here and had found a job as a maid. So, Mary Anne MacLeod joined her, listing her occupation as “domestic” on her Ellis Island immigration papers.
She came to America knowing that she would clean the houses and toilets of the wealthy families in New York. She and her sister lived and worked hard through the worst days of the Depression. And she persevered.
Six years later, she married a man named Fred. He was the son of German immigrants. Then In 1942, she became a citizen.
Mary and Fred would end up having five children: two daughters and three sons.
One of those sons, they named Donald.
A woman who came here as a maid, the lowest of jobs, would raise a son who would change the very skyline that greeted his mother when she arrived at Ellis Island.
After that, he would become the 45th and 47th President of the United States.
There is no other country in the world where a woman can arrive with nothing, and in ONE generation, her son would lead the entire world.
For America’s 250th anniversary, I wanted to present President Trump with this painting I did, and then I ran out of time and talent. So, I asked a good friend of mine, Mike Malm, to help me finish it. This is how I envisioned her coming into the United States.
Mary Anne MacLeod Trump should be a household name. Her story is everything that is great about America.
