On October 27, ELCIC National Bishop Susan Johnson preached at Congregacion Filadelfia, one of 14 congregations that make up the Iglesia Lutherana del Peru (IL-P). IL-P is a partner church of the ELCIC and is also a companion synod partner of the BC Synod.
