The doctors just told me that if I want to be discharged tomorrow then that’s okay with them, but I can also stay if I feel that I’m not able to manage what’s still going on while at home. It’s up to me at this point. I’m in no rush to leave if I don’t feel ready (that could be problematic) so I thought about it and I’ve decided yes, I’m ready and I can manage. So I’ll be cashing this in tomorrow!

@UpBeatSkeletor Oh Boo, I am so sorry , I truly understand. I have severe COPD from smoking for over 30 yrs. stopped only because I almost died and was hospitalized for 6 wks. I need a walker and can barely get around because my lungs are shot, and I did it to myself...it sucks, you are needed.

I need another blood transfusion because my HGB has dropped again. It’s very frustrating to be two and a half years sober and still having major physical issues. While this abdominal surgery wasn’t directly caused by drinking, it was caused by complications of my liver transplant, which was directly caused by drinking. Please please please don’t drink excessively, it’s not fucking worth it. I promise you.
