🚨⚠️ EASTBOURNE The ringleader of dark web groups which shared child s*x abuse videos featuring babies has been jailed. Joao Teixeira, from Eastbourne, East Sussex, admitted being part of an organised crime gang which shared thousands of images of children as young as three months old. Teixeira, was a prominent member of three groups on various online messaging platforms dedicated to sharing and discussing child s*xual abuse material NCA officers arrested Teixeira at his home in February 2024 and seized a number of devices. He was found to have participated in several ‘secret chats’ where a mixture of pseudo and prohibited images were shared. These included hyper-realistic AI generated images graded as the most serious, Category A. Almost 20,000 indecent images of children and prohibited images were identified across his devices including over 1,000 Category A. Evidence was also found of him encouraging another user to engage in sexual activity with a boy aged 13. The court heard that Teixeira administered groups and sharing platforms for videos of children being a*used and r*ped. Rebecca Austin, prosecuting, said chat records showed Teixeira was interested in very young children and that he shared artificial intelligence images, as well those of real children. He also facilitated s*x abuse, encouraging others to film themselves r*ping children, the court heard. Teixeira was released on bail but was arrested again in November 2025 after he continued to offend online. He pleaded guilty to all charges in December 2025 at Lewes Crown Court. He was sentenced to 11 years and 4 months at the same location today [17 February 2026].

Muhammed (24) from Syria and Khan (23) from Afghanistan stalked a young Norwegian woman before dragging her into a car. They drove her to an isolated school and gang-raped her behind the building. In court, they are shedding crocodile tears and pleading for forgiveness, despite previously denying any guilt and even escaping from prison. After a night out in town, the Afghan followed the woman on foot while Muhammed went to get the car. He first picked up his friend, then collected the woman and drove off with her. In court, Khan claimed he had engaged in sexual activity with her “in ignorance.” When the prosecutor, Birgitte Budal Løvlund, asked what he meant by that, he explained that he had simply misjudged the situation: he assumed that because she had already had sex with the other man, it would also be acceptable with him. When asked whether he had understood that she did not consent, he admitted yes, she had clearly told him she did not want to. Nevertheless, they carried out the assault deliberately and with premeditation. These men displayed a complete absence of empathy for anyone except themselves, showing utter disregard for her explicit refusal and evident suffering. Such calculated brutality has no place in Norwegian society, and the perpetrators must be deported.

🚨⚠️ GRIMSBY A Grimsby predator has been jailed for over five years after subjecting a teenage boy to a two-year campaign of abuse. 27-year-old Cameron Preston previously pleaded guilty to: - Three counts of engaging in sexual activity with a child - Three counts of making indecent photographs of a child - Stalking involving fear of violence Preston met his victim, a 15-year-old boy, through a social media app in 2020. He claimed he was 16-years-old, despite being 22. He went on to engage in sexual activity with the teenager, who still believed Preston was 16. Preston harassed his victim for two years, without him knowing. He sent the boy threatening messages under a false account telling him he was being watched, and others counting down to when a stranger would arrive at his home. The boy went to Preston for help, not knowing he was actually behind the messages. He also sent the teenager malicious deliveries where random parcels were ordered to his address, along with taxis and takeaway deliveries which ordered him to pay on arrival. A fake dating profile was also created in his name. Strangers would contact him threatening to expose indecent images of him. In 2022, the teenager went to police, previously being encouraged not to by Preston. An investigation led to his arrest. Cameron Preston has been sentenced to five years and three months in prison and will remain on the Sex Offenders Register for life. He also received an indefinite restraining order and a ten-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
