Remember season ticket raises are not about the individual 5%. They are about the compounding effect of 5% every year.

@CitizenSuburbia @slbsn I think season tickets operate outside the normal price elasticity realms. So many reasons why someone does not renew a season ticket for their club. I imagine price is down the list of those reasons compared to other types of annual transactions someone may be used to renewing

@slbsn I don't understand your point - there is a section of the fan base that is price elastic. A 5% rise means a £50 jump. The club will see no difference - but there is churn. In the long term, churn is bad, because it leads to revenue volatility if you run out of new take up.
