@amazonDE @AmazonHelp Mir geht es aktuell nicht einmal um die Nacherfüllung, sondern darum, wie mit einem Kunden umgegangen wird. Wenn man zu hören bekommt „Ich brauch gar nix anzuschauen“ und auf die Frage nach einem Vorgesetzten nur ein „Warum?“ kommt, ist das mehr als fragwürdig.

Seit wann wird man als langjähriger Kunde bei Problemen mit einem @amazonDE Produkt so behandelt? Scheiß mal drauf, dass ich mich verschrieben habe – aber der Support braucht dringend eine Schulung. @AmazonHelp

In total it was 12 valid bugs i believe

I found several bugs on one program that is on @Bugcrowd and only 2 were P4 while the same valid other findings were closed as P5 informational. I didn't know that a 403 bypass is informational when you can leak internal data but well. No one took care of it since over 20 days.

Once i'm done with the ARTOC course, i'll give an honest review on the whole course on my blog.
