This SEC "delay" is actually a positive for $CEPT @Securitize as they already meet regulations to tokenize stocks. This exemption, as described below, would have allowed synthetics/wrappers without real shareholder rights to compete with native tokenization. The stock should be up on this news, if anything, as it strengthens their moat if synthetics aren't allowed in USA.
