$RBNE I guess ALL shippers are trash & F@#$up part is RBNE has options most don't their parent $TORO same owner/CEO sitting on $75 million at TORO has a ton of assets Mkt Cap $170 million & easily could ofor should have done a PIPE at a premium say 750K shares at $10 stock would have gone nuts as TORO sticks the 750K in the vault float stays 500K... Market Cap goes over the $5 million threshold so no delisting. The Only reason I thought that possible is in March $RBNE announced share buyback via tender offer share price was $1.10 & buyback tender offer ? $3.00 huge premium & they completed it. so doing a PIPE at $10 didn't seem crazy plus those shares not hitting market share price would have went way higher . Any way that was my thoughts but now seems they are ok with going Bye Bye next month ..Again sorry for any losses
