The WHO Representative, Dr. @KasondeMwinga, this week participated in the launch of the Continental Plan on Sickle Cell Disease and Other Hereditary Blood Disorders in Kampala, emphasizing the urgent need for Africa to move from policy to implementation in strengthening sickle cell care and diagnosis.
