In 22-23, 12,400 UK nurses applied for a certificate to work abroad, double the year before & 4 times more than 18/19. 7 in 10 were nurses from overseas - a sizeable amount of the extra 50k etc. Voting with their feet on what it's like in the NHS. A flashing alarm.
