Essentially, the government banned consumer fireworks because urban migrants constantly bombarded emergency services with heavy (already illegal) fireworks.
The government will of course make a giant spectacle of arresting random fathers in their 50's for setting of fireworks during New Years, while they will look the other way when urban migrants start rioting.

@TomiTheBull We have had these for years in europe, no issues at all. They also don't get stolen because who needs a non working screen at home? And self checkout works great and fast.

Why am I blocked by this guy? I spent $100 for Edge of Fate on Playstation. I have been playing Destiny 2 since the beta. I am one of the few people left making Destiny content. It is actually baffling to me how they just have to have a new season every year instead of just waiting to make sure the animation gets to be the best it can be.
And before the pitchforks come flying at me, I do enjoy the show story wise I just wish it looked better. Like why settle for fine when it could be great.
Now everything doesn't have to be Mark vs Conquest level but the overall standard could be raised quite a bit higher in my opinion.

Invincible hurts me, because it has the potential to be great. It has 3 compendiums worth of comics and is a huge part of that loosely connected Imageverse. It’s a prime adaptation material. With it being a comic, it’s basically already storyboarded too. Instead, Kirkman decided to majorly cheap out on the animation, turn it into celebrity voice cameo slop, and make a bunch of baffling changes. It kills me.

Two German friends came to visit me in Texas over a decade ago. Naturally I took them to the Fort Worth Rodeo. They absolutely LOVED it. The only part that puzzled them was when a cowgirl galloped on horseback around the ring with a Coca Cola flag. They asked, “Isn’t this government funded?” I said “Nope”. That surprised them.
They also loved the steakhouses I took them to but I could not get them to order steak properly- they always wanted well-done.
