We call on NMB bank to immediately begin distributing the ZiG currency to its clients and uphold the principles of financial inclusivity and customer service. Failure to do so will only further inconvenience and harm the individuals and businesses that rely on their services.

The introduction of the ZiG currency was meant to bring stability and convenience to the financial system, and NMB bank's refusal to distribute it goes against the interests of its customers.

We strongly condemn the stance taken by @NMBBankZim in refusing to distribute the new ZiG currency introduced by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe . It is unacceptable that a commercial bank would inconvenience its clients by withholding access to a legal tender issued by the RBZ.
