@JioCare I and my friends are in Croatia right now. Each of us have the international roaming activated, and it was working fine till last night. But since last night we all are not getting any network connection. Putting the screenshot below. Tried everything, chat with your chatbot too. Nothing is working. Please resolve this issue ASAP. @amfiindia @Camsonline @weKFintech Many AMCs have still not released their brokerages. It is the 13th of May today. Majority of them have still not provided the invoice details.
And us Mutual Fund Distributors are expected to upload our invoices by the 15th, as informed by you on many of your concalls. Otherwise we will not receive the GST payment this month.
Even the biggest ones like @ICICIPruMF @abslmf @AxisMutualFund have still not processed the brokerage. They will take their own seeet time to then provide the indicative invoices on the RTA platforms.
What are we supposed to do?! Is it fair that distributors suffer because of the inefficiency and unpreparedness of the AMCs, RTAs and the system? Are we the only ones who have to suffer always for no fault of ours?
The changes in the brokerage payment method were informed well in advance. But still the ground reality is this. Shambles.
Who will take responsibility??

@weKFintech Today Axis Mutual Fund @AxisMutualFund has withdrawn the invoice they had uploaded on Kfintech. There is an error in their calculations it seems. Now Axis invoice is not available anymore on Kfintech.

@Camsonline @amfiindia Now @abslmf RM and BM is saying that they will provide invoice on 19th!! What is going on?! This means that the AMCs will not pay out the GST dues by the end of the month - as was told to us throughout! Why are distributors being harassed like this?! Who will take responsibility for this mess? None of the CAMS AMCs have provided invoices yet!!

@Camsonline The brokerages of CAMS AMCs have been paid but now the new issue is that none of the CAMS registered AMCs have provided the invoices yet. It is the 15th today. Please do the needful to provide the invoices for all AMCs so that distributors can upload their invoices on time. Kindly look into this urgently. @amfiindia

I am saying that Axis Mutual Fund invoice is still not available on your Kfintech website. What screenshot can I give for that?? Please provide the Axis Mutual Fund invoice on your website, like you have done for the other AMCs.

@weKFintech Just received the pending brokerage from @AxisMutualFund So the matter is resolved. Thank you.
@Camsonline Brokerage payment is still pending from @ICICIPruMF and @abslmf Two of the biggest AMCs. And they have proved to be the least prepared. Neither do they even bother to respond in any way to these posts.
@Camsonline please resolve this issue at the earliest. @amfiindia
