Judge Kathleen McCormick is the perfect example of our legal system rotting from within as she was seen publicly rooting for and supporting the plaintiff against Elon Musk on social media. Where is the impartiality expected of the bench? Such conduct undermines public trust and she needs to be removed for that reason.

Dr. Robert Malone (@RWMaloneMD) is revealing that Secretary Kennedy appointed someone to be operationally in charge of ACIP and several other aspects of the CDC who now appears to have been a saboteur. That is the backdrop to everything else happening inside the CDC right now. Malone describes the environment as guerrilla warfare. When Kennedy asked him to stay on, he said no. @DowdEdward TACO changes nothing economically. Massive economic impact from the supply shock, layered on top of the massive misallocation of capital that is the everything bubble. The only thing that is left is to wait for what criminal bailouts and socialism they deploy on top. :(

This was posted after market close at 4:11. SPX Futures immediately spiked then retraced most of the spike into the futures close. One interpretation could be the market is viewing these extensions as giving more time for global economic damage to set in while the strait is effectively closed. Time is becoming an enemy.
